Withdrawal

a- Previous to the withdrawal of student from the school, three months notice will be given or in default, three months fee will be charged.

b- The management, acting through the principal, reserves to itself the right of asking withdrawal of any student whose conduct in their judgment is found ineffectual. Continued offences against honesty or morality, the use of bad language or of drugs or liquor, smoking or unsociability will expose the offender to immediate removal.

c- Should any student fail to return to school on reopening after any vacation period within time, He/ She is likely to forfeit his place in school. Therefore to avoid such a situation guardians must inform to school in advance and permission must be taken in written.

d- Students on their way to and from school are expected to deport themselves in a responsible manner. Any student who fails to perform accepted and conventional values of gentlemanliness, especially when in school uniform is realized a danger for school and the society. Immediate and compulsory withdrawal is made for such a student.

e- When parents are called to school office by the Principal to discuss on different aspects of their ward’s such as academic, co-curricular and behavior, they must assume that the reason for such a call is important and urgent. So parents are requested not to ignore it.

f- Parents or guardians who persistently disobey the School rules or constantly over demanding in attitude, or who are invariably captious and critical in their dealings with the School authorities or members of the staff, will be deemed uncooperative. In the absence of the possibility of a viable working relationship with them to the advantage of their wards, therefore, the Principal has the right to demand the withdrawal of the student from the school.

g- It is demanded, each student must participate in any or all of the extra-curricular or co-curricular activities of the School when they are called on to do so. Without seeking permission from the Principal a student’s refusal to comply in this matter will entail his immediate and compulsory withdrawal from the School
