a- Students whose conduct and work have been satisfactory during the month and whose presence is not required on campus for any official activity or function may be allowed leaves. b- Leaves can also be provided on the ground of medical. Students must have to submit the medical certificate approved by a recognized Doctor to get medical leaves. c- Pupils are required to be present in school for the full academic year. Vacancies will not be reserved for latecomers. Neither will leave to be granted on the official closing date.No reduction in fee will be made for any period or periods of absence during the year. If leaves are necessary such as illness or any other proper reasons prior information in written should be sent by the parents, otherwise a fine of 15 rupees will be charged per day.
